Exchange/Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable.

Please note that we are no longer to accommodate any exchanges or transfers.

The Odyssey has done its best to be flexible during Covid and the restrictions it forced upon us. Due to the current economic climate we are reverting to our original strict policy of no exchange or transfers.

If an event is cancelled and the cinema is unable to re-schedule it, advance tickets can be refunded. The £2.50 booking fee online is not refundable.
