Access Information

Wheelchairs:

Wheelchair access throughout ground floor or alternatively via our step-free entrance situated on Lower Paxton Road.

Our stair-lift is available from the Foyer, enabling access assistance to our downstairs seating area for wheelchairs and anyone with mobility issues. Please note the weight limit for this is 225kg (35 Stone), so for electric wheelchair users, we recommend using the Lower Paxton Road entrance.    

Disabled toilets are situated on the ground floor by our Foyer bar and in our downstairs seating area.

Please note that customers displaying blue badges may park on the double yellow lines for up to three hours in close vicinity of the venue.

Loop System and Audio Description:

Our venue has a loop system as well as loop track available via a headset for closer listening experience.

For selected films, a narration track is available which can be accessed through special headphones only.

This fills the gaps between dialogue by describing what is happening on screen

Please enquire on arrival and a member of our team can arrange a headset for you.

Carer and CEA cards

We offer comp carer tickets with a valid CEA card.
