Creepy, kooky, mysterious, spooky, and all together ooky: The Addams Family have been everyone’s favourite loveable oddballs for nearly six decades.

So what better time to bring back their classic, laugh-a-minute first outing on the big screen – with a cast led by Anjelica Huston (The Witches), Raul Julia (Kiss of the Spider Woman) and Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future) - than the spookiest month of all?

Hidden away in their dilapidated mansion at 0001 Cemetery Lane, the Addams’ lives are turned upside down by the sudden arrival of Uncle Fester (Lloyd), brother of family head Gomez (Julia), after 25 years lost in the Bermuda Triangle. But all isn’t quite as it seems – could this be the family reunion Gomez has waited so long for, or is it part of a sinister plan by a loan shark to swindle the family out of their fortune?

Filled to the brim with one-liners, darkly silly gags and a host of wonderfully absurd characters, The Addams Family perfectly brings the charm of the classic 60s TV series to cinemas with a modern twist. Trust us - they really are a scream.
