A decade after the original film's release, modern Disney classic Moana receives a stunning live action reimagination!
Moana (played this time by Catherine Laga’aia) is the courageous daughter of a village chief in ancient Polynesia, who sets out to save her community after a curse takes over her island, encountering the demigod Maui (once again played by Dwayne Johnson) and numerous perils along her way.
Jared Bush, screenwriter of the 2016 animated version, returns to pen the script, and Lin Manuel Miranda not only updates his original music, but provides an original song for this new interpretation, making it a must see for fans and newcomers alike!
