In yet another tense and dramatic performance following up his Oscar-nominated turn in Conclave, Ralph Fiennes stuns as a brooding bruiser king with no more qualms about killing to keep the fragile peace.
Shot on Corfu, the film features stunning landscapes scarred by terrific production design depicting the Trojan War. Accomplished filmmaker Uberto Passolini (who produced The Full Monty), directs with sharp conviction, offering an insightful take on the final pages of Homer’s Odyssey, currently also being adapted into a star-studded blockbuster by Christopher Nolan.
