Valentine's Day at The Odyssey

Disney’s classic canine romance returns to the cinema for Valentine's Day.

In a well-heeled early-twentieth-century American town, cocker spaniel Lady enjoys all the love and luxury she could wish for - until her owners, exhausted by their baby, leave her with a dog-hating aunt and her sinister cats. Driven into the outside world, she learns how to live through the rootless mongrel Tramp, and discovers new dangers and joys everywhere - but the course of their love doesn’t run smooth.

Dismissed as sub-par during Disney’s golden age, the film became popular enough to inspire a remake - but the original remains more loved, thanks to a charming voice cast, still-first-rate visuals (including the famous spaghetti scene), memorable songs, and a genuine sense of danger that offsets one of animation’s most appealing love stories.
