A mesmerising Celtic-inspired adventure, Wolfwalkers offers an epic ethereal fantasy matched by profound philosophies and stellar voice work.

Following Robyn Goodfellowe (Honor Kneafsey), a young apprentice hunter who journeys to Ireland with her father Bill (Sean Bean) in a time of superstition and magic, to wipe out the last wolf pack.

While exploring the forbidden lands outside the city walls, Robyn befriends a free-spirited girl, Mebh Óg MacTíre (Eva Whittaker), a member of a mysterious tribe rumoured to have the ability to transform into wolves by night. As they search for Mebh’s missing mother, Moll (Maria Doyle Kennedy), Robyn uncovers a secret that draws her further into the enchanted world of the ‘Wolfwalkers’ and risks turning into the very thing her father is tasked to destroy.

This is the third animated feature from Tomm Moore and Ross Stewart to receive an Academy Award nomination, following in the steps of The Secret of the Kells and Song of the Sea.

Wolfwalkers is a visually dazzling, richly imaginative, emotionally resonant production that taps into contemporary concerns while being true to its distant origins.
